The Digital Marketing Specialist with work with the Elysium team on Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, CRMs, and Analysis of results through native platforms and Google Analytics.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Search Engine Marketing:

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Social Media Marketing:

  • Set up social media ads on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Test copy and creative with A/B Tests
  • Optimize ads and continue to test
  • Analyze results and offer next step options
  • Conduct social media audits and brainstorm new strategies

Email Marketing:

  • Set up one-off campaigns as well as drip campaigns
  • Test subject lines
  • Set up and optimize trigger emails
  • Analyze results and optimize moving forward


  • Create landing pages to match digital ads
  • Manage sales funnel for prospects and lead
  • Create forms and email campaigns


  • Dig into analytics for optimization
  • Analysis of the performance of social media, email marketing, Google Adwords
  • Provide monthly reports and insights

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Natural ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • General curiosity and penchant for learning
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent customer relation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
